Classical Ballet, becoming an Associate of the Imperial Society

of Teachers of Dance in 1979



I am a Registered Childminder and have been caring for

children since 1994 and hold a current First Aid Certificate


I have taken Pilates classes for nine years and trained with

Active Pilates Ltd in Oxford to teach Stott Pilates Mat Work,

passing my practical and written exams with 92%



My training includes courses in Foundation Anatomy,

Advanced Anatomy, Postural Analysis, the Intensive Mat Plus

course: Essential, Intermediate & Advanced Repertoires,

A 2 day course in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and workshops in

Ultimate Back Care, Pilates with Props and Pilates for Men
