Casa Mandorlina is a characterful, comfortable and well-equipped restored stone house with vaulted ceilings, insect screens, and artesian well in a beautiful location situated half a mile along a country lane from the main road to Ostuni.

There is a large veranda, a patio, an above ground pool, terraces and a barbeque for private use, set in 6,000sqm of land in the Ostuni countryside among olive & almond trees.

The house, garden and pool area are gated and surrounded by a fence, there are security grilles on windows & doors, and the house alarm connects to private security company.

The torretta/trullo double bedroom has a king size bed, a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, bedside chests & lamps.

The new build bedroom can be arranged with 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, and has a large chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, a bedside chest & lamp. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower (2 grab rails), a disabled WC seat with hand rails, a sink with a wall mounted cupboard with a mirror above, a washing machine, and a heated towel rail.

The 2nd bathroom has a shower (2 grab rails), a WC, sink with wall mounted cupboard and mirror above, a bidet, a floor standing cupboard and a heated towel rail.

The lamia/stone living room has a vaulted ceiling, a wood burning stove, 2 arm chairs, a small double sofa bed, (2 camp beds can be used if preferred), a coffee table/blanket box, extending dining table, 6 dining chairs, a tall chest of drawers, a food cupboard, a crockery/cutlery cupboard, and a large fridge/freezer.

The kitchenette, off the lamia, has a vaulted ceiling, electric oven/grill, gas hob, sink, wall mounted dish draining rack, fire blanket, and is well-equipped with pots & pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.

Disability Items

A shower seat can be provided for either bathroom.

A bedstick and triwalker can be provided.

There are 2 grab rails from the driveway onto the veranda and 1 grab rail from the Lamia to the 2nd bathroom and new build bedroom.
